Following recent management changes, Aegis Communications Inc. plans to close two call centers over the next two months.
Call centers in Terre Haute, IN and St. Joseph, MO are expected to close, leaving nine of the company’s centers still in operation.
Aegis’s director and CEO Herman M. Schwartz resigned in April, following the naming of Scot Brunke, formerly the CFO at RMH Teleservices Inc., as CFO and president of the company.
Aegis also recently reported that Deutsche Bank AG of London and the Essar Group had made investments in the company in November and acquired an 80% ownership stake.
