Acxiom Corp., Conway, AR, has signed a new five-year agreement with Allstate. According to the agreement, Acxiom will be the “preferred provider” of data content and delivery and related services to Allstate.
Allstate is Acxiom’s largest customer in terms of revenue and Acxiom anticipates it will continue to contribute significant revenue under the agreement. The pact also includes a five-year renewal provision at Allstate’s option.
Acxiom has granted Allstate a warrant for 100,000 shares of Acxiom stock at an exercise price 30% above market at the time of grant in connection with the new agreement.
