New York, NY – November 9, 2006 – New York-based Active Response Group (ARG), a premier provider of online lead generation services, today announced its acquisition of the US assets of Oridian USA, a full-service interactive provider and display network, from Online Media Solutions, LTD, headquartered in Herzliya, Israel. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition of Oridian USA will add in-depth, expert in-house media capabilities, and a proprietary display media network to ARG that will be leveraged in all lead generation and direct marketing activities. The acquisition will also provide full-service, interactive advertising resources delivering media solutions to advertisers, agencies and publishers.
