ACI Opens California Call Center

ACI Telecentrics, Inc., Minneapolis, has opened an outbound call center in Redding, CA. This call center, ACI’s 10th, will increase ACI’s overall call center capacity by 22%. In a statement, ACI COO Dana Olson said that when the site is fully staffed, it should employ 250 people.

The call center is the first ACI will operate in the Pacific Time Zone. Previously, all of ACI’s call centers had been in the Midwest. The center will initially host 100 stations, with potential expansion capacity of up to 150 stations.
