World Marketing Inc., a provider of direct marketing services, has acquired AMS Response for an undisclosed sum.
This acquisition is reportedly one of the largest direct marketing companies in Southern California.
AMS operations and staff will be merged into the World Marketing’s new facility in LaMirada, CA.
World Marketing develops and delivers turnkey strategic and production services including: lettershop and fulfillment services, database, analytics and creative.
Through eight locations nationwide, including this increased presence in Los Angeles, World Marketing said it has the reach and capacity to meet the growing demands of today’s top direct marketers.
“The combination of their experience and ours in our existing Los Angeles facility uniquely positions us to provide a true single- source solution to our customers in California and throughout the US,” said CEO Mac Rodgers in a statement.
