Brokers Jerry Whiteway and Larry Roth, and senior group vice president Alfred DiBlasi have resigned their positions at Boca Raton, FL-based Worldata WebConnect. The three have founded MetaResponse Group in Palm City, FL, a firm that will service the e-mail advertising and direct mail needs of business-to-business, high-tech and consumer marketers.
Worldata CEO Roy Schwedelson called the split amicable. “I wish them the best of luck because everybody has the right to an adventure.”
At www.metaresponse.com, the start-up outlines its services as list brokerage and management, including e-mail and direct mail list acquisition, e-mail sponsorship placement, and e-mail transmission, tracking and reporting.
