Whirlwind Ventures, Inc., San Diego, CA is changing its name to Direct III Marketing Inc. Additionally, Robert deRose and James G. Clark have joined the company, as chairman/CEO and CFO, respectively.
DeRose was chairman and CEO of Informatix Holdings, Inc. Prior to joining Informatix, Mr. deRose was president and CEO of American Express Educational Loans. Clark was the CFO of DTS Communications, Inc., an Internet software development company.
Direct III Marketing Inc. is a direct marketing campaign design firm.
