Marketing services firm W.A. Wilde Company has acquired G3 Packaging and Services Corp. Terms of the acquisition were not announced.

Wilde will combine some of its Ohio operations with those of G3 into a new facility in West Chester, OH. The 141,000 square foot facility will be the largest operated by Wilde. Dave Gilbert, formerly the president of G3, will serve as Wilde’s general manager at the West Chester facility.

With the acquisition, Wilde’s West Chester employee base will double from 20 to 40 people. Wilde is based in Holliston, MA, but has maintained a presence in Ohio since May 2007.
