USPS Execs Try to Teach Chinese About DM

U.S. Postal Service executives recently returned from a weeklong conference in Beijing at which taught officials at China Post about direct mail.

George Hurst, manager of flats for the USPS and John Minnec, executive vice president at Draft Chicago gave two days of classroom-type instruction to the Chinese officials, according to Draft.

They spoke about global direct marketing and postal issues, database management, interactive marketing, and customer relationship management in the U.S.
