U.S. Support Co. plans to hire and begin training 400 full-time new employees by Aug. 30 to staff the recently constructed first phase of a massive new call center in Shreveport, LA.
Construction of a second and third phase of the call center is expected to begin any day. U.S. Support plans to hire an additional 1,600 employees when the next two phases are finished.
The entire facility will be situated on 100 acres and it will have a total capacity to house more than 3,000 employees. U.S. Support is a wholly owned subsidiary of Answer Group Inc., based in North Lauderdale, FL.
