(Multichannel Merchant) On Nov. 9, a little more than a month after founder Richard Thalheimer was forced out at Sharper Image Corp., president/chief operating officer Tracy Wan and executive vice president/chief financial officer Jeff Forgan have resigned.
Wan’s job title will be eliminated and her management responsibilities will be assumed by interim CEO Jerry Levin. Daniel Nelson, currently senior vice president/controller/principal accounting officer, will be interim CFO. Nelson previously served as the cataloger/retailer’s interim controller. Forgan, meanwhile, will serve as a consultant over the next four months to assist the finance department as the San Francisco-based company looks for a permanent CFO.
