Test Marketing Group, an Irvine, CA-based call center, and Blagman Media International Inc, Los Angeles, have joined forces to offer an effectiveness rating scheme for the direct response media purchasing industry.
Under the terms of the new service, Blagman’s BMII MediaTRAX will set up a database to evaluate the efficiency of various time slots. Test Marketing Group will provide call station operators that will siphon off a portion of the incoming calls and ask a series of questions that allow marketers to evaluate strengths and weaknesses of both the ad and the time slot.
