“It takes guts for a company to say it’s got the hottest-selling product in the industry,” says Evans Manufacturing’s Tom Ngo, “but we’re shipping a million of these a month, and we’re going to double capacity in the near future.” Ngo is talking about the Screen Sweep, a mini-squeegee with a lint brush instead of a rubber strip that computer jockeys use to dust off their terminals and keyboards. The flat, plastic handle is an ample canvas for logos, and promotional messages and phone numbers can be run along the wiper blade. Screen Sweeps cost 84 cents apiece on orders of 5,000 and up.
