Strategic Holdings To Acquire Buzzskin

Strategic Holdings Group, Inc. and Buzzskin, Inc. today have inked an agreement under which Strategic Holdings will acquire privately held Buzzskin. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Buzzskin markets men’s grooming products through a variety of online channels. Its brands include Baxter of California, Menscience, Balla Powder, Sharp’s, Jack Black and Urth.

The acquisition extends Strategic’s online presence and is the company’s first consumer based online retail business.

According to a release from Strategic, the company plans to aggressively grow its new customer acquisition through online, e-mail and affiliate marketing and public relations

“Buzzskin’s product offerings, brand awareness and customers complement Strategic’s business and extend our ability to deliver compelling products and services to customers all over the world – without having to add infrastructure or overhead to our existing business model,” D. Scott Hinckley, president of Strategic Holdings Group said in a statement.

Strategic Holdings Group is the parent company of Cable Ties Unlimited, Inc., Strategic Consulting, Inc., BuzzSkin.com, Wisebass.com, Sound Opinions, Inc., Tele-Surveys, Foodzilla.com, Newsstandbuys.com, and other businesses.
