Stayhealthy.com, Monrovia, CA, an online health management site, and eNutrition, a Web-based vitamin and nutritional supplements retailer, will jointly market health products and services. Under the terms of the agreement, eNutrition will offer Stayhealthy.com products and services in a co-branded strategy on its Web site.
Stayhealthy.com will simultaneously develop online and on-pack cross-promotions, permission-based online advertising and other marketing programs offering eNutrition products.
