Station to Demonstrate Interactive TV Commercial

(Direct Newsline)—Casino and Gaming Television (CGTV) plans to demonstrate a prototype of an interactive television commercial during the National Cable & Telecommunications Show, April 3 to 5 in San Francisco. Viewers will be able to instantly book hotel reservations using a TV remote control.

The interactive TV ad will feature a tour of the Pechanga Resort and Casino, located in Temecula, CA.

CGTV plans to produce and deploy interactive commercials for its advertisers. It has already acquired interactive TV programming that allows viewers to play along with casino games shown on television.

This new technology will prevent viewers from fast-forwarding through the commercial.
