The SpeciaLists, Weehawken, NJ, has been chosen to manage infomercial lists for Quantum Television, a subsidiary of e4L Inc. The transaction is effective today.

The properties acquired are two 12-month buyers files: Quantum Marketing Masterfile, with 1.7 million names and the Quantum Marketing Enhanced Masterfile, with 1.5-million names. Quantum Marketing TV-Generated Package Insert Program, which mails 600,000 inserts annually, was also included in the deal.
In other news, the SpeciaLists has been appointed list manager of Geerlings & Wade 134,000-name file of active 12-month buyers. Geerlings & Wade is a direct marketer of wine.
