Sofinco, a French bank, has acquired Fia-Net, an e-commerce systems developer in the country.
Terms were not disclosed.
This acquisition will enable Sofinco to consolidate its involvement in e-commerce sites as well as .give Fia-Net the means to continue growing, according to Sofinco.
