The holiday season is just around the corner, and research shows marketers will be spending big on advertising in the social media arena, and on Facebook in particular.
A report this week from Forbes indicates 67 percent of marketers plan to increase their social media budgets this holiday season, and that brands appear to be sticking to proven social media platforms, with 92 percent of marketers saying they will spend the majority of their budget on Facebook.
