San Francisco-based Xoom.com Inc., an Internet-based direct marketing company, has struck strategic sponsorship deals with eBay and GoTo.com and Buydirect.com. Xoom.com is a community Web site that allows consumers to build their own Internet home pages.

Electronic provider NetGateway Inc., Long Beach, CA, has reached an agreement to resell its StoresOnline product (http://www.storesonline.com) to more than 3,000 resellers and Internet service providers through the Total Access Networks reseller channel and online mall. The mall will be located at (http://www.shopforithere.com) later this month.
