Rapp Collins Worldwide has named Brett Gow to the new position of senior vice president, customer management services, at Rapp Collins-Dallas. Gow will lead the agency’s delivery of customer relationship management services to clients and serve as overall manager of the client’s customer contact experience. In addition, J. Russell McClellan has joined the New York office of Rapp Collins in the new position of senior vice president, marketing director. He will serve as lead agency contact on select client accounts, as well as contribute to business development efforts.

Five additional languages, Japanese, Chinese, Korean and Turkish, will be added in the next few weeks. The site attracts more than 12 million users per month.
