Rep. Tom Davis (R-VA), Chairman of the House Government Reform Committee, will speak at The Direct Marketing Association’s Government Affairs Conference in Washington, DC May 12-13. As head of the House committee that oversees postal issues, Davis played a critical role in pushing through postal retiree legislation that enabled the U.S. Postal Service to avoid raising rates for three years.
