Brian Freschi, currently president of Quebecor World’s Retail and Sunday Magazine Group will also assume responsibility for the company’s U.S. Catalog Group. Chuck Miotke has been appointed president of the Montreal-based firm’s U.S. Magazine Group.

Phoenix Data Processing has introduced ConsumerPhocus, a new national consumer database. The file is compiled from public and proprietary sources and includes information on: 220 million U.S. consumers with exact age and estimated income; 50 million individuals by shopping behavior and lifestyle categories; and 100 million mail order buyers and responders.

Neil J. Metviner, president of Pitney Bowes Direct, has been named “B-to-B Marketer of the Year” by the Direct Marketing Association. Metviner will be honored at the DMA’s Annual Direct Marketing to Business Conference in Orlando on March 22-24.
