RedEnvelope Inc. brand strategist and director Hilary Billings will resign those roles from the San Francisco-based cataloger/e-tailer. Effective March 29, she will assume a consulting role with the company.
Philip B. Livingston has resigned from Catalina Marketing Corp.’s board of directors. He was elected to the St. Petersburg, FL-based company’s board last September and had served as a member of the audit committee.
