The City of Boston has teamed up with the National Recycling Coalition, Time Inc., International Paper and recycler FCR to launch a public service advertising effort to increase recycling of catalogs and magazines. The ads, which appear in Time, Sports Illustrated and elsewhere, specifically target local residents.
SMART Papers will begin making part of its flagship coated paper gradeline, Kromekote, with 30% post-consumer waste (PCW) content. It will also increase its entire Knightkote Matte coated product line to 30% post-consumer waste.
DoubleClick Inc. has completed its acquisition of software firm SmartPath, Inc. DoubleClick will immediately begin to sell the SmartPath MRM solution through its global sales force as a standalone product, in addition to integrating it with DoubleClick Ensemble 7.0 in June.
