Direct Response Financial Services Inc. of Los Angeles has appointed Edward Kim and Douglas Hume to serve on its board of directors. Kim is president of Optimum Pay USA Inc., which is a business partner of Direct Response. Hume is the general counsel for Direct Response and he will continue to serve in that capacity as well.
