ValueClick Inc. has named James A. Crouthamel and James R. Peters to its board of directors, effective July 1. Crouthamel was the founder and former president and chief executive officer of Performics Inc. Peters is a certified public accountant and a retired partner from the audit practice of Ernst & Young.
