Senator David Vitter (R-LA), will be a keynote speaker at the American Teleservices Association’s Conference and Expo.
Within the Senate, Vitter serves on the Armed Services; Banking, Housing and Urban Development; Commerce, Science and Transportation; Environment and Public Works; and Small Business and Entrepreneurship committees. Vitter will speak on the economic improvement efforts of businesses and government collaboration in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.
Fellow keynoter Joe “Coach Joe” Gilliam, an inspirational speaker, will offer his thoughts on “How to Create a Positive Culture in the Service Industry”.
Other featured guests include two executives from Comcast Communications: Tina Waters, senior VP of customer operations and Marty Marcinczyk, VP of technology. Their joint presentation will offer specific examples on how the proper combination of technology and communication leads to exceptional customer service. They will demonstrate the approach Comcast takes to unify technical expertise with personal connections.
