Sears Names Agency Veteran to Marketing Post

Sears Holdings Corp. has named Louis Ramery as senior vice president of customer relationship marketing for Sears and Kmart. The post takes effect Nov. 5.

In his new role, Ramery will oversee and execute Sears Holdings’ relationship marketing strategies and programs, the company said. He will report to Maureen McGuire, the company’s chief marketing officer.

Ramery joins Sears from Digitas, where he led the agency’s global marketing capability, it’s loyalty and customer relationship management practice. He also worked as a relationship leader on key accounts. Prior to that, Ramery was executive vice president of marketing and planning for Brierly & partners, a loyalty marketing agencies.

Previously, Ramery worked in various marketing positions for brand marketers, including Pepsi Co Food System Worldwide as its vice president of marketing.
