Schober Holding of Ditzingen, Germany, has founded Schober Direct Marketing Ltd.
The new company is the result of a joint venture formed with ICC Business Publications, Hampton, England, which contributes a database of more than 3 million English company names to the new company.
The new concern will concentrate on business-to-business mailing lists and will reside in England.
