rEvolution has hired Susan Phillips as director of marketing services, a new position in the company. Phillips began her new job on Aug. 15.
Most recently, Phillips served as account director for the Procter & Gamble account at Upshot Marketing. Earlier in her career, Phillips served as a senior consultant at e-business solutions-provider Xpedior, where she developed marketing strategies for clients’ Internet initiatives.
In her new role, Phillips leads rEvolution’s account services division, managing consumer accounts and developing new business strategy. She is responsible for overall marketing account management.
Phillips will be based out of rEvolution’s Chicago office.
