Rapp Collins Worldwide, NY, has formed an association with DMS-Direct Marketing Services, Caracas, Venezuela. The South American direct marketing agency will now operate as DMS Rapp Collins.
Rapp Collins, part of the Omnicom Group, believes the new affiliate will broaden the direct marketing reach of the agency into Latin America.
