To gain listeners during April sweeps and promote Miramax’s film, Ella Enchanted, Radio Disney has partnered up with a triple team of sponsors for a Jamaica sweepstakes running throughout the month of April.
Along with Beaches Resorts, Air Jamaica and Ella Enchanted, Radio Disney brings Beach Blanket Bling Bling to 10 grand-prize winners. An online entry page is located at www.radiodisney.com.
Winners will receive a three-night trip to Beaches Boscobel Resort and Golf Club in Jamaica with airfare provided by Air Jamaica. While on vacation, winners will also receive a concert with select Ella Enchanted film soundtrack artists. Approximate media value for the sweeps is over $350,000.
Ella lives in a magical world where all children are given a “gift” from a fairy Godmother as soon as they are born. Ella is given the gift—and curse—of obedience. As a result, she cannot refuse any command, and is often left at the mercy of others. In a bid to regain control of her life, Ella goes on a quest to free herself from this curse and must outwit a kingdom filled with ogres, giants, wicked stepsisters, talking books and evil plots.
