R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co. reported a net loss of $58.8 million for the first quarter, down from net income of $5.7 million last year.
The printing giant reported net sales of $1.454 billion, up 35% from $1.073 billion last year.
The Chicago-based firm attributed these results to more than $100 million in restructuring and other charges.
