R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co., Chicago, has named three presidents. They are:
* Steven E. Zuccarini, from senior vice president and general manager for the Major Accounts Group to president of Merchandise Media, a $1 billion retail and catalog services business.
* Francis R. Costello, from senior vice president to president of the $900 million Magazine Publishing Services business.
* Daniel L. Knotts, formerly senior vice president of manufacturing for Consumer Magazine Services, was named president of Specialized Publishing Services.
