Quotesmith.com To Kicks Off $100 Million Ad Campaign

Quotesmith.com Inc., a Chicago-based insurance price comparison service, will launch the first phase of its $100 million, three-year integrated marketing campaign Jan. 1, with television advertising during The Tournament of Roses Parade, The Rose Bowl and other top college football bowl games on Jan. 1 and 2.

The overall effort will also include direct marketing, radio, print and Internet components. The remaining elements of the campaign will break during the first quarter.

The television campaign, created by BBDO Chicago, will debut with a 30-second spot featuring people’s surprised reaction that they can simply click on the Quotesmith.com site and obtain instant, free and guaranteed quotations from hundreds of leading insurance companies on a range of insurance products.
