PSI Group Inc. will provide commingling services to Transcontinental Direct, a marketing service provider.
Under the terms of the agreement, Transcontinental Direct will be able to offer its clients postal rate discounts. The U.S. Postal Service offers postage rate reductions to mailers that send 150 pieces or more to a single zip code.
To facilitate this new offering, Craig Dempsey has joined Transcontinental as its director of industrial engineering. Dempsey had been director of operations and process improvement for a commingling and mail logistics firm. Additionally, Robert Rosser, who had bee with MetroGroup Corp. will become Transcontinental’s director of integrated solutions development.
