Protocol Integrated Direct Marketing has divested its replication and fulfillment division (RFD) to an investment group which includes its former owners.
Terms were not disclosed.
RFD provides fulfillment, replication and call center services to primarily DRTV and mail order companies through facilities in Arden, NC, Covington, LA and Foothill Ranch, CA.
