PowerPact Hires Chief Strategy Officer

PowerPact Holdings, the owner of consumer promotion agency PowerPact and digital video solutions company TouchStorm, has hired Robert Mazzucchelli as chief strategy officer, a new post.

He will be responsible for fueling growth through strategic acquisitions of nimble, best-in-class marketing firms, the company said. Mazzuccheli will report to CEO Alison Provost. The position began last month.

He arrives at PowerPact with more than 25 years of industry experience. He was responsible for the 10-fold growth of marketing services company 141 Worldwide, growing its revenue from $10 million to $115 million in a six-year span, acquiring nearly 100 marketing firms around the globe along the way, PowerPact said. He has also worked with such global brands Kodak, RJR Nabisco, Adolph Coors, Coca-Cola, Perrier, Visa and others.

“Robert’s a competitive guy who knows how to win,” said Provost. “Not only did he co-found 141 and put it on the map, but he once ranked as #35 in the US as a tennis player, and even today is in the top 100 for 40-and-over. We like that competitive spirit.”

Mazzucchelli will be based in the company’s New York City office.
