PetQuarters Acquires Allpets.com

Cataloger and online pet product retailer PetQuarters Inc., Los Angeles, has acquired Allpets.com Inc.
The merger integrates the content and community features of Allpets.com with PetQuarters’ fulfillment, customer service, product sourcing and distribution capabilities.
Allpets is a privately held company based in Los Angeles.
Following the merger, the privately held Allpets.com will be responsible for supporting the web site, technology, content, community, and marketing efforts for the combined companies at its Los Angeles office. PetQuarter’s CEO Steve Dempsey will continue in his role while Allpets.com’s CEO Niloo Howe will serve as president.
