PC Connection, Merrimack, NH, has tolled out an Internet Business Accounts service that allows businesses and educational and government customers to create personalized accounts for online transactions. The customers will be able to charge such transactions to their accounts, rather than operate in a “pay as you go” mode.
The service was established to meet the needs of this segment, which accounts for 80% of the company’s total sales. Using the service, customers can view a list of frequently purchased items, access real-time order status information, and hold orders for processing at a later time.
