Omnicom Group has formed a joint venture with OMD to launch Star Marketing to offer services from agencies affiliated with both groups.
Star Marketing will offer services from Omnicom agencies’ Critical Mass, The Daggerwing Group, Innovyx, Javelin and Sigma Works Group, along with OMD Digital and OMD Direct.
Star will offer direct marketing, search media, analytics, teleservices, e-mail and other services.
