Ogilvy & Mather North America has acquired Canadian advertising agency Marketing Communications Group Inc.
Terms were not disclosed.
The MC Group, which includes, direct response agency MC Direct, will operate as an independent unit of Ogilvy & Mather North America, headquartered in New York.
