New York University’s master’s program in direct and interactive marketing will present a panel on the challenges of customer acquisition on Wednesday, March 24 at NYU’s Greenberg Lounge, 40 Washington Square South.
Panelists on “The Longer Sale: Redefining Club, Continuity, and Membership Models” will include Deb Dulsky, vice president, new product development, Trilegiant; Seth Radwell, president, Bookspan; Steve Sachs, vice president consumer marketing, Time Inc.; and Stu Stein, brand director, Gevalia.
