Novus List Marketing LLC has sold its list management company to marketing, technology and media company L90 Inc. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition will expand both L90’s online direct marketing business and Novus’ traditional DM business, says Novus president Joanne Capria.
Capria will remain in her position, overseeing the offline operations at Novus. She says the firm will remain in Valhalla, NY and that no layoffs are expected.
