NMTV, an online television and marketing firm, will acquire online marketing agency Digital Clarity.
Terms were not disclosed.
The transaction is expected to close March 31.
After that, NMTV said it will operate three divisions: media systems, payment systems and software & services. Within each division, units like Digital Clarity will continue to operate autonomously.
