The National Hockey League has extended and expanded its relationship with GSI Commerce, a multichannel retailing services provider. The new contract runs through 2019.
Under the new contract, GSI will continue to provide Shop.NHL.com with e-commerce technology, fulfillment, customer care, catalog and interactive marketing services.
Additionally, GSI plans to open a fulfillment center in Ontario, Canada. The agreement expands customization services for the NHL by providing on-demand customization for a broader assortment of apparel items that includes jerseys, T-shirts and sweatshirts.
