Next-Generation Incentives

Research has shown that there is a direct link between employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction and improved financial performance.

In fact, organizations with engaged employees have customers who use their products more and increased customer usage leads to higher levels of customer satisfaction.

On the consumer side, marketers are deploying premiums from the hot categories of electronics (think iPods, portable DVD players and HDTVs), as well as “experience” rewards such as spa visits, travel and cooking lessons.
