FRANKEL:

Chicago, has promoted Brendan Nash and John Menefee to creative directors. Nash will be responsible for inception and execution of creative concepts for various clients, including Gingiss Formalwear. Menefee will continue to manage creative projects for Diageo. In a related development, Stella Kusner has been promoted to account director and will maintain her position on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention VERB campaign.

DRAFT: has opened an office in Athens, Greece called Draft Athens. The new entity will work closely with Lowe Athens, a sister ad agency in the Interpublic Group of Companies.

NICKELODEON: New York, has promoted Maureen Taxter to the newly created position senior VP-retail and new business development, and Steve Youngwood to senior VP-media products, in its consumer products division. Taxter will steer growth strategies for consumer products including development of other MTV Networks brands such as Comedy Central and Spike TV, as well as original properties coming both from within and outside the network. Youngwood is responsible for managing the business and creative ends of interactive products, video/DVD, electronics and the domestic book publishing businesses for all Nickelodeon properties in addition to other responsibilities.
