CINNABON INC.: the cinnamon roll bakeries, and The Daisy Foundation, which is dedicated to funding research to help fight diseases of the immune system and recognizing the work of nurses, are offering nurses a free Cinnabon Classic Roll when they show their healthcare ID or badge at participating bakeries May 6-12.
DISCOVERY COMMUNICATIONS: has entered into a licensing agreement with JAKKS Pacific to develop a line of “Animal Planet” pet products. PetSmart is the exclusive retail launch partner for the line, whose debut will coincide this week with National Pet Week at all 1,100 PetSmart stores. The Animal Planet-branded line consists of nearly 50 assorted skus modeled after animals from all over the world and seen on some of Animal Planet’s highest-rated programs, including toys, apparel, accessories and beds for dogs and cats.
